What We Offer
With over 7,500 square feet of open space, we can accommodate just about anything.
The Kitchen
We have a full size kitchen, complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and a deep commercial sink.
We also have a large center island and a 6 foot shelf with power outlets.
Dining / Banquet Area
With tables and chairs available to seat up to 85 people, this open floor plan can be arranged in a variety of ways. Perfect for weddings, banquets, birthday parties, etc.
Open Recreation Area
A large recreation area comes complete with a basketball game, fooseball table, pool table, ping pong, and cornhole boards. If you choose to serve adult beverages, there is a full sized bar (BYOB) as well.
The Stage
A large stage, complete with a beefy house PA system and lighting is one of our more unique offerings. The Facktory has played host to numerous live bands and concerts over the years. On the 200th anniversary of Liverpool, The Facktory welcomed an original member of The Beatles to the stage.
From a major event to kids singing birthday party songs, our stage is always a hit.
Basketball Court
Another unique and favorite amenity at The Facktory is the "dungeonball" court. Kids and adults alike enjoy this spin on basketball, where there is no out of bounds. Perched above the basketball court is a spacious deck that overlooks the action. It's great for spectators and parents who want to keep an eye on the kids, without the risk of getting hit with the ball.
Private Area(s)
A private room with fold down (Murphy Beds) can accommodate sleeping over, or can be used for private instruction (seen here with a wrestling matt).
For the more long term plans, The Facktory has a shower and laundry room.
Perfect for a weekend band camp, hunting camp, or large size alternative to an AirBnB.
